Catch and Punch

What is needed?

A Ball.

How to play

The players are to form a large circle. If in a small space the a line may be easier. The game leader calls catch or punch and then throws the ball to the player who should catch the ball and then throw back the ball to the game leader. If a fails to follow the command they are out. When the player is out they should sit down in the circle or line so that they remain a spectator in the game.

Too easy?

When you call punch the player is to catch and when calling catch the player is to punch.

If in a area where damage could be done by a ball use a soft ball e.g. foam.
